“MdM Deployment of EU Aid Volunteers 2019-2021” consisting, among others, of deploying EU Aid Volunteers in Humanitarian Action to the Hosting Organisations in the field, is a project led by Médicos del Mundo Spain in partnership with Médecins du Monde Belgium.

After a careful selection process, a number of EU Aid Volunteers will have the possibility to be sent to an NGO of their choice. The MdM field offices we are in Consortium with are the ones based in the following countries (2021 update): Palestine, Senegal, Mauritania, Bolivia, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Sierra Leone, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Tunisia.

Unfortunately, there are no available vacancies with Médicos del Mundo at the moment.

Please check here for more EU Aid Volunteers vacancies with other organizations.

To be an EU Aid Volunteer you need to be an EU citizen or long-term resident of an EU Member State and you must be a minimum age of 18.

Online volunteering will be open to volunteers of any nationality.

EU Aid Volunteers deployed to humanitarian aid projects will receive training, with accommodation and travel costs covered, and may have the possibility to undertake additional training at the HQ of one of our Sending Organisations (MdM Spain, MdM Belgium or MdM UK) before deployment.
